SWEDISH:
A blend of pampering and deep massage techniques. This massage is designed to fit your body*s needs. Long flowing movements are used to unwind the muscles and soothe nerves with some deep work on your problem areas. This style is a light to medium pressure massage and is especially good for those who are first time massage clients or those who have had a massage before.

HOT STONE THERAPY:
Experience the healing touch of hot stones in a relaxing spinal layout that will instantly release the tension in your entire body. The hot stones are used in incorporation with a full body Swedish massage for additional relaxation through the use of heat and special botanical oils. Cool stones are placed on the face for an invigorating and contrasting feeling. 

SHIATSU:
*Finger pressure.* This is a Japanese style of massage designed to balance the body*s energy relaxing the entire mind, body and spirit. Compression (softening), joint mobilization and Acupressure points are used during Shiatsu. This can be done over clothing. Please wear comfortable clothing.

DEEP TISSUE:
A deep tissue massage manipulates muscles at a deeper level for improved posture, energy and ease in movement, targeting specific areas of muscle in reducing tension and releasing tightness and diminishing pain. Elbows and forearms are used with finesse to relax as much muscle tissue as possible. These are used when the whole body or a large area needs to be worked over strongly. Not recommended for first-time visitors.

MFT:
"Myo-Fascial Techniques.* Detailed work on a specific problem area. Therapeutic techniques are used for working on sore and damaged muscles. This massage is great for injuries, pain, stiffness and loss of movement. It is an indispensable element in recovering from long-term and short-term problems. This massage is designed to help your body heal itself.

THAI MASSAGE:
This style of massage originated in Southern India. Through trade, it was passed onto traditional Thai doctors, then  incorporated into Thai Medicine, and is enjoyed all through Asia. It utilizes joint mobilization and positions from Hatha Yoga, it is often described as having yoga done for you.   It is designed to balance the body*s energy and invigorate life.  This work is extraordinarily intense, the client must be in good health and can have no major injuries. Not for a first time massage client. This can be done over clothing. Please wear comfortable clothing.

JIN SHIN JITSU:
Using meridians and their accupressure points this Chinese style of massage is designed to balance the body*s energy. This can be done over clothing. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Acti-Sea Body Mud Treatment:
Our most effective treatment for smoothing, stimulating, and detoxifying skin and body. It contains a potent mix of five French seaweeds including, Laminaria Fucus, Ulva Lactuca, Spriulina, and Sea Rockets. Submerging the body in pure marine actives stimulates, firms and moisturizes.

European-Rose Body Mud Treatment:
